It was a big part of my childhood growing up. “[The reception] is indescribable. The lads speak about it quite a lot, it’s surreal. I don’t think it will ever be normal, that level of it. "As footballers, we get a lot of attention while we’re in the UK, but it’s nothing like the reception I got out there. It’s amazing. "People can say it might be scary or overwhelming, but honestly, it’s so much of my heart over there. They’re all just there for positivity and to show me love, so it’s such a good feeling."
